Product Ownership and Agile Leadership

• Lead two cross-functional development teams delivering critical solutions:
• Flexi/SRE Team: Supports accounting products and ensures complete, regulatory-compliant financial data flows (General Ledger, Data Warehouse). Maintains reporting solutions for local finance teams.
• Digital Force Team: Develops automation (scripts, RPA, workflows) and data analytics solutions (Tableau, Power BI) for the finance organization.

Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvements

• Integrated the Digital Force team into a virtual IT organization, aligning with Agile practices.
• Led Onboarding of New Subledger and New Business Unit mapping logic projects.
• Designed and implemented the Branch Close Down checklist to streamline operational processes.
• Contributed to the creation and ongoing support of the Product Owners community.
• Developed and maintained Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) to support risk and business continuity planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Business Analysis

• Collaborated with multiple development teams as a business representative, conducting research and analysis for new feature requests and enhancements.
• Defined and communicated development requirements, managed the General Accounting department backlog, and supported both UAT and production testing phases.
• Resolved ad-hoc issues and ensured smooth delivery of business-critical solutions.
• Led and contributed to key projects, including: ICFR controls harmonization and upgrade, Brexit smart solution, New company setup corrections. Flexi ODBC database connection migration, Service Desk setup
• Delivered General Ledger training as part of the GFPS Newcomers Onboarding Program.

Change Management and Process Optimization

• Drove the change agenda by leading initiatives in process harmonization, automation, and process transfer management.
• Served as a Learning Board member for the Data Reporting Services organization, responsible for training strategy and team development.
• Acted as Business Continuity Management (BCM) Coordinator, developing and maintaining continuity plans.
• Promoted continuous improvement as a Kaizen ambassador, initiating and supporting process optimization efforts.
• Managed the General Accounting Month Close JIRA board, overseeing process documentation, task uploads, and workload distribution.
