Akvilė Šeškevičiūtė

Under the guidance of licensed auditors, I developed a comprehensive understanding of companies' audit methodology, approach, and tools. My responsibilities included inspecting cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, and negotiable securities to ensure records' accuracy. I also prepared detailed working papers, reports, and supporting documentation for audit findings. This experience has equipped me with a robust audit procedure foundation and honed my attention to detail.

• Individual work to help with homework and socializing at Kaunas orphanage "Atžalynas".
• Acquired competences: professional competences in getting to know the pupil; communication skills: how to build a trusting relationship; self-knowledge; reflective skills (reflecting on one's own performance, improving the self-assessment process); group cooperation skills; developing personal values (listening to the other person and their experience). Personal traits learned were accountability, resourcefulness, and comprehension.
