I have over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, during which I have held various positions and worked in different divisions. My career includes significant roles in Corporate banking for Large corporations and as Head of the Restructuring Unit in Special Credit Management (SCM) during the financial crisis in 2010. I possess solid expertise in client relationship management, risk assessment, and team leadership. For five years, I led the Vilnius region and the largest branch of SEB within the Retail division, consistently achieving the highest performance targets for four consecutive years. My strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial attitude have contributed to the robust performance of SEB SME. Until February 2020, I was responsible for credit risk, profitability, and advisory for the largest SME clients, including credit analysis, credit desk operations, and drafting unit management within the Retail organization. In May 2020, I joined Citadele Bank as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), overseeing Retail and Corporate banking. My primary objective was to drive Citadele's growth in Lithuania by launching new products and digital solutions for Retail and Corporate customers, as well as building a strong team to ensure success. Since March 2022, I have served as the Head of the Lithuanian branch at Citadele Bank, responsible for the country's performance (PNL), growth, operational risk, and regulatory relationships. I have extensive experience leading teams ranging from 10 to 250 employees working with in local and Baltic organizations. As an experienced manager, my tenacious and proactive approach has led to numerous significant changes within the units and projects I have managed.
