Fourth year student at Vilnius University. My experience in a variety of jobs ranging from customer service to data analysis and sales has helped me to develop my personal competences, while additional volunteering activities have helped to broaden my horizons. I want to learn, develop and use my skills in my future career.
As a commercial specialist with experience in managing administrative processes, I am responsible for drafting and administering contracts, managing documentation and analysing data. I maintain smooth communication with suppliers, coordinate ordering and delivery processes. I manage commercial documents well, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in internal processes.
During my internship at the Global Affairs Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, I deepened my knowledge of Lithuanian and other countries' foreign policy. I prepared recommendations for those going abroad, researched and analysed the latest global news and trends.
I worked alongside the Sales Manager, helping to prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, manage orders and conduct market analysis. I contributed to the implementation of sales strategies and helped achieve sales targets.
In this role, my main responsibilities were to support the Audit Division in carrying out a variety of tasks to ensure a faster pace and better quality of work.
I ensured the quality of my studies by collecting feedback from students and passing it on to lecturers. I also contributed to the clarification of students' choices by publishing student-oriented publications with the team.
In this role, I supported the Marketing and Socio-Academic Affairs teams by assisting with information gathering, communicating with the institute’s community members, and seeking external partnerships.
