  • Ensure the description of documents required for pledges and deliver received documents to legal staff.
  • Validate and upload client documents into relevant bank systems or client files, and notify Project Managers about necessary updates.

4. Client Interaction:

  • Gather and compile documents needed for client analysis, contract preparation, and pledges.
  • Prepare and provide reports to Project Managers about clients' bank products and revenues.
  • Inform clients about bank products and services.
  • Prepare and coordinate electronic service agreements, bank account agreements, and related amendments.
  • Sign and implement electronic service agreements, securities account agreements, and related documents on behalf of the bank.
  • Address client inquiries related to payments, cards, and other daily banking products via phone and email.
  • Prepare and sign credit agreements and related documents between the client and the bank.
  • Compile various internal reports.
  • Coordinate and implement signed agreements and related documents within the bank’s structural units.
