• IT Systems Development: Collaborating on IT system enhancements, including preparing and aligning testing scenarios and conducting tests.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with market participants and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and information flow.

• Client Support: Assisting individual clients by resolving daily banking issues through written communication.
• Loan Inquiries: Guiding clients on loan-related questions and directing them to appropriate services.
• Product Information: Providing detailed information about the bank's products and services to meet client needs.
• Account Management: Supporting client onboarding processes, including online account openings and setup.
