I led a transformation program addressing IT skills gaps by optimizing competencies and implementing an upskilling journey. Through collaboration with learning vendors and internal trainers' programs, we developed customized learning paths and fostered a culture of continuous learning.

Consolidating entities and establishing a unified roles skills matrix was a challenge, but it fostered a cohesive modernization journey and seamless collaboration.

These initiatives bridged skills gaps, promoted growth, and positioned the organization as a leader in technology.

Vendor Consolidation

I led a project to optimize operations, achieve financial benefits, and drive a transformation towards a streamlined DevOps setup. We consolidated vendors, restructured teams, and implemented a new governance model for seamless collaboration. I also managed the knowledge transfer process to ensure a smooth transition. These initiatives transformed the organization, fostering collaboration and improving performance.

Collaborating with the Banking Transformation program, I played a key role in developing stable cross-border environments for data migration projects. Notably, I successfully migrated on-premises services to the cloud, improving scalability and efficiency.

I also established effective working routines for IT Operations, enhancing coordination and streamlining processes. Optimizing IT resources and reinforcing data security measures were priorities, including careful vendor selection and contract management.

By balancing cross-border complexities, technology transformation, and vendor management, I contributed to operational resilience and security. My technical knowledge and project management skills supported the program's objectives and paved the way for future growth and innovation.

As a leader, I established a new unit, setting targets and KPIs for success. I developed a roadmap for system changes aligned with our programs. Our focus was optimization, introducing high availability services, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

I fostered a dynamic environment for our multicultural team, empowering them to contribute ideas and reach their potential. Through strategic planning, stakeholder management, and team dynamics, I drove transformational changes and aligned with organizational goals.

I have successfully overseen diverse infrastructure projects of varying scale, optimizing services and consolidating systems. I have led multicultural teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. I prioritized stakeholder needs, drove essential deliveries, and implemented design changes for enhanced efficiency.

Adhering to ITIL and Agile methodologies, I ensured best practices and managed security and IT risks. These projects have encompassed optimization of services, consolidation of systems in merging markets, and conducting proof of concepts (PoCs) for innovative solutions. A significant aspect of my role has involved targeting cross-border roles and internal procedures for change or optimization.

I led infrastructure consolidation projects, driving sustainable structural changes in workflows and systems throughout three Baltic countries. This included building new Core production environment, required implementation of cross-boarder release and change management practices.

I played a pivotal role in establishing controlled access management process. The initiatives enhanced efficiency and quality while fostering effective communication and collaboration.

I developed and implemented a mobile content management platform for the telecommunications industry. I focused on expanding B2B partnerships and delivering tailored solutions for the wholesale, TV interactive, and insurance sectors. I ensured the platform alignment with industry standards, had robust content management capabilities, and integrated seamlessly with existing systems.

By maintaining a customer-centric approach and collaborating closely with stakeholders, I delivered value, improved efficiency, and enhanced user experiences.

As a team leader, I drove mobile technology solutions, focused on sales and enhancing the mobile user experience. I also took on responsibilities in running the company's business, including bookkeeping, HR management, and compliance with local labor laws.
