At Vilnius University I was a member of the research group for
the Knowledge Management and Leadership program at the
Faculty of Communication, the Member of the Knowledge
Management Board, and the Student Council.
As a B2B and B2C Customer Representative at Neste Lithuania, I excelled in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele base, comprising both business partners and individual consumers. My responsibilities encompassed addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating order processing with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
During my tenure as a legal trainee, I actively engaged in various aspects of legal practice, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge gained from university studies to real-world scenarios. My responsibilities encompassed conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to senior attorneys in case preparation and client meetings. Additionally, I had the opportunity to collaborate with legal teams from France, Italy, Spain, and Scandinavian countries, participating in cross-border transactions and navigating international legal frameworks.
As a Restaurant Administrator and Hostess, I fulfilled a multifaceted role that encompassed both administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities. Here's a description of my duties and achievements in this position:
The casino managers took notice of my quick results and appreciated my quick integration. For the first time in 10 years, the award was not given to an experienced croupier, but rather to a new employee. I advanced from Category I (basic) to the highest Category IV in a matter of months.
As an Ambassador of the Creative Society and Economy Institute, I held a dynamic role that involved representing the institute both internally and externally.
During my Work and Travel USA experience, I had the opportunity to work in diverse roles that enriched my professional skills and provided valuable insights into different industries. Specifically, I worked as a Sandwich Artist at Subway and as a Housekeeper at Rose Beach Inn in Maine.
At Subway, I served as a Sandwich Artist, where I developed strong customer service skills by interacting with a wide range of customers and fulfilling their orders efficiently and accurately. This role taught me the importance of attention to detail, teamwork, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, my experience as a Housekeeper at Rose Beach Inn allowed me to further enhance my organizational skills and attention to detail. I was responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall positive experience of guests during their stay. This role emphasized the importance of thoroughness, time management, and professionalism in providing exceptional service to customers.
