Daily responsibilities:

  • Handling Lending portfolio (including loan administration, redemption and payments investigation) according to Service Level agreement.
  • Performing loan and credit condition changes and prolongations while maintaining strict compliance with procedural requirements, diligently processing incoming and outgoing payments and taking ownership in daily tasks.
  • Taking on more complex investigations which require more E2E knowledge
  • Analyzing deviations and advocating them for further investigation via agreed team and department escalation model.

  • Identifying areas for improvement in daily operations and driving process innovation, automation process. Taking ownership of various process and system testing initiatives on team and department level.
  • Being team manager's deputy - taking responsibility for the team during manager’s absence and taking on additional tasks including KPI reporting and analyzing, BCM updates and leading contingency testing in the team.
  • Modeling, gathering and analyzing various statistics to support Process Area Specialist and highlight data importance to the team in daily business.
  • Responsible for daily task planning and coordination to optimize team workflow and maintain coverage, ensuring effective task allocation and process coverage.
