Chakwanka River Dam Project

• Overseeing the construction of a 500m-long, 9m-high earth dam wall, ensuring adherence to site layout, plans, sections, and technical details.
• Managing a catchment area of 66.93 km², with the dam designed for a Full Supply Level (FSL) capacity of 2,661,884 m³.
• Leading and coordinating a team of 30–40 workers, including external contractors, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Mineral Processing & Plant Design Projects

• Constructed an 8-meter rotary trommel sieve, enhancing zinc-ore production from 19% to 26% for an export contract with Hillington International Group (HIG).
• Processed 20,000 metric tonnes of material, increasing production from 1,000 to 2,500 metric tonnes per month of high-grade zinc ore.
• Executed maintenance on all assets within the production and mine plants, ensuring optimal performance.
• Worked with metallurgists & mining engineers to design a dolomite crushing plant, a lead-zinc flotation plant, and a zinc oxalate plant for BHML, optimizing processing efficiency.
• Developed comprehensive drawings, reports, and proposals for the aforementioned plants to facilitate project execution.

Engineering Design, Manufacturing & Research

• Successfully completed 15 diverse projects, including gear designs, bearing assembly designs, and FAE analysis of 5-ton overhead cranes.
• Developed expertise in operating lathe machines, vertical milling machines, CNC machines, and welding equipment.
• Led research and development of a vacuum chamber, including part identification, quotation, and overseeing its successful construction for the polyurethane section.
• Created, printed, and modified drawings in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilized computer-aided design (CAD) software to prepare blueprints for manufacturing.
• Evaluated information from architects and subcontractors, ensuring precise drawings based on measurements and specifications.
