Also was a leader of Commercial Crew implementing CRM at Volvo Trucks market company sales organization in Lithuania, training jr. sales representatives, informal leader of sales representative in encouraging and sharing knowledge about industry transformation along with a new legislative requirements for our customers' business.
In addition to my primary duties, in 2014 I took over responsibility of Territory manager at Volvo Finance in Lithuania (UAB "VFS LT") for 8 months. My responsibilities there were:
- Securing daily business process of VFS LT
- Supporting Volvo Trucks sales representatives with analyzing customers' financial data
- advising customers how their companies can improve cash flow and financial performance
- applying for truck financing projects in Lithuania at VFS credit committee
- developing VFS LT sales processes
Created and implemented used trucks sales process at UAB Volvo Lietuva. Mainly responsible for used trucks trade-in and Buy back process, used trucks purchase from other Volvo Truck market companies, sales of the used trucks to the local and foreign customers. Import and export customs clearance was a part of my daily responsibilities.
Implemented process of taking over of private dealership by Volvo Trucks market company, securing new agreements with existing customers and developing relationship with new suspects and potentials.
Sales of Volvo Trucks products - heavy duty trucks, also trailers and superstructures, was a part of the team responsible for ISO9000 implementation in the company.
Education provided in English language, main studies about sales techniques and processes, marketing and governance of the companies.
The school was established by signatory Justas Vincas Paleckis at Vilnius Chamber of Commerce and Industry, all lecturers were invited from Vilnius University.
