Work History

Volunteer

ESN TalTech Ic
10.2024 - Current

Currently volunteering at ESN TalTech IC, a student organization dedicated to enhancing the Erasmus experience in Tallinn through various social and cultural events. As an active member, I assist in planning and organizing events. In my role as Communication Manager Support, I contribute to event promotion on social media by creating content, editing videos, designing visual posts, and aligning with current trends. Additionally, I collaborate with sponsors to produce promotional materials. Examples of my work can be found on Instagram: @esntaltechic

Intern

Kotka Lastelaager
08.2024 - 08.2024

During my internship as a Camp Counselor at Kotka Camp, I supervised a group of 24 children aged 14–17, ensuring their safety, enforcing camp rules, and organizing engaging activities. I drew on my own camp experiences to design creative programs, enhancing my teamwork, communication, and time management skills. Managing a group close to my age challenged me to build authority and earn trust, fostering leadership and adaptability. This experience strengthened my organizational abilities and problem-solving skills, which continue to benefit me in other areas.

Intern

Baltnautic Shipping
06.2023 - 06.2023

During my internship at Baltnautic Shipping LTD(International transport at sea), I worked as an HR/Crewing Manager Assistant. My primary responsibilities included managing and organizing documents, such as receiving and updating information about sailors, and working extensively with Excel to streamline processes. I also handled submitting ships to various flags, ensuring compliance with international regulations. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into the hiring process within the maritime industry and develop skills in document management using different tools.

Additionally, I learned how to write formal emails and communicate professionally in a corporate environment. The internship provided me with hands-on experience in handling HR-related tasks and strengthened my organizational skills. My dedication and performance were recognized, and I was honored to receive a positive letter of recommendation at the end of my internship.
