Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, booking loads, monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, working with enclosed trailers, which can hold 2 vehicles, contacting with the drivers and giving them all the information needed to make pickup and deliveries.

Processing incoming invoices for the assigned company codes, handling the communication and requests from suppliers sent to mailboxes and other internal systems, participating in Period End Closing activities.

Active search of loads for company trucks, ensuring the smooth delivery process, working in cooperation with company colleagues to solve various work-related issues: on-time delivery, customer claims
