• 1st PROJECT - Head of a newly design start-up that has provided on-line services to the clients: webinars, consultations, learning platforms, on-line sessions, news-letters and more. My role was to lead a very diverse team of internal IT, content creators, various professionals from EY service lines, digital marketing, call center and external IT developers.
• 2nd PROJECT - EY business separation project, led by EY Global and aimed to create 2 separate EY businesses across 74 countries. My role was to operate as a deputy Baltics project lead and assure timely and smooth transition of the processes across business functions and 3 Baltic countries.
• 3rd PROJECT - EY Baltics training academy trainer, delivering sessions for New Manager and Experienced manager roles. Main focus on Leadership core skills, development of strong capabilities to lead complex groups and solve challenging situations.

• Head of finance control, tax reporting and accounting;

• Co-ordination and preparation of annual consolidated annual accounts for EUROAPOTHECA GROUP to the ultimate shareholders;
• Maintenance of accounting and reporting policies and rules across Group Companies;
• Integration of Swedish component (Apoteksgruppen Group) into annual reporting system, taking into consideration the complexity of legal structure, cultural difference and other aspect.

• External audit project coordination from initiation up to implementation of proposed improvements;
