UAB Baltics Medical is a unique distribution company for innovative next generation medical devices in Baltic states.

Company mission is to be the network between physicians in the Baltic region in order to provide innovative next generation medical devices.

My core responsibilities as a board member is to focus on business development, organizational development, finance.

Centric is a global IT provider with 5000 specialists working in countries as The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Romania, Lithuania, Germany.

I had responsibility to build new organization in Kaunas, which had goal to be Cloud Development center within Centric Global organization.

Main target was to start organization which is able to employ 100 FTE within 3year.

My key responsibilties as Country Manager was:

• Setting up organization (Recruitment of key persons, HR/Operations/Business Development/Finance)
• Business development: Preparation of business plan regarding entering to LT
• Finance
• Marketing and communication
• Establishing local partnerships, relationship management with local partners.

Centric Care Lietuva – providing recruitment services and specialized Norwegian language courses for nurses.

I was a founder of the company called “MEDpersonalas”, idea was to provide recruitment services and organize specialized Norwegian language courses for nurses in Lithuania and cooperate with Norwegian municipalities. In 2017 “Centric International Holding” acquired 51% of the company. Since 2017 company changed name to Centric Care and became a part of Centric group. Centric Care in Norway have around 200 nurses working for Norwegian municipalities. In 2020 company was fully acquired by Centric International Holding.

My Area of responsibility:

- Taking care of daily activities

- Budgeting,

- Marketing and communication;

- Establishing local partnerships, relationship management;

- Developing business consept between Centric Care Norway and Centric Care Lithuania

- Helping Centric Care Norway with establishing new concepts

• Market and opportunity studies;
• Communication with Norwegian health care authorities
• Preparation of business plan regarding entering to Baltic states
• Establishing local partnerships, relationship management

During study period in Law University in Lithuania, I established a small construction company with around 30 employees in south of Norway.
