What has started as an operation specialist working using excel sheets and "skeleton" of various software has now become a full pledged being a point of contact for all payment related matters. Duties and skills involve:

• Processing and monitoring of SEPA/SEPA INST/SWIFT payments
• Fee collection
• Reporting and monitoring of transaction flows
• Reconciliation
• Close work with Customer service, Account managers and Finance teams.
• Communication with core customers
• Incident management
• Close involvement in constant development of product and procedures

Started as a Support specialist and promoted to a payment specific role. Daily duties involved:

• Payment cards and card transactions;
• Bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency transfers;
• Regular customer or partner queries be it written or over the phone;
• Incident management

Responsible for my colleagues from the US had me on:

• Live chat and call sessions;
• Investigating and responding to general concerns
  via e - mail;
• Handling huge amounts of sensitive personal data;
• Running a big variety of reports to ensure the quality of
  system feeds and employee inputs.

All under pressure of strict deadlines.

Active team player, willing to put in effort for general well – being of the team. Screening hundreds of transactions daily and ma,king decisions on basis of trade documents while communicating with the customer.
