- Manage daily order releases with sales teams and customers;

- Manage customer credits with finance team;

- Manage customer orders with warehouse stock;

- Management of Apple accessories, order placement, partner stock analysis;

- Collaborate with partners to reach sales goals;

- Communications with parcel delivery carriers on the daily basis;

- Prepare and present biweekly/quarterly reports, supportive information to sales teams/management;

- Ensure timely delivery of goods and provide escalations.

- Analyzing stock and creating purchase orders / replenishment for DACH region (Microsoft, Kaspersky);

- Ensuring optimal physical product stock;

- Daily communications with sales representatives;

- Handling missing/damaged products claims;

- Ensuring correct estimated arrival dates;

- Purchasing prices management in the system;

- Returns, stock rotations.
