I have been working at Boohoo now for 7 years, I have worked as an Inbound processor, pallet builder, 100% checker, trainer, DMR admin, participated in the Automation project and then joined the TL & TM team in 2019.
I have a vast knowledge of all operations in the Inbound department and good knowledge of operations in the Returns department. My knowledge helps to work on daily tasks effortless and gives me time to work on extra tasks and development. I am leading by example, being adaptable and flexible, have good communication skills. I can make decisions but at the same time I am not afraid to ask questions. I am dedicated to my role not only to achieve best results for myself but also to assure that at the end of the day we succeeded as department to meet and exceed business needs. I am always willing to achieve the best results as a team and to motivate the team into thinking the same way. I am not only focusing on my tasks but overlook other peoples tasks and having discussions of how to improve it.
I am an active listener. Also trying my best to be as clear as possible especially when giving instructions. Having conversations in the professional manner when needed - face to face and via email.
I am open to new challenges. I am always looking for the reason behind every task in order to have the best understanding of what and how things need to be done to meet business needs. Trying to see a bigger picture instead of refusing new ways of working. I am aware of the budget planning and trying to work along with it as well as persuading colleagues to do the same. I am constantly analyzing the data and reviewing results to assure that there are no errors.
I am willing to develop. I am currently a mentee and working on learning Projects management. In addition I was working as Step Up Inbound and Returns Shift Operations Manager for last couple of years, where I adapted all above listed skills fit well to the role. Besides of Managing operational side I am capable of charing Disciplinary meetings and reviewing other HR document and supporting fellow Team Managers with their paperwork. I received the Mental Health First Aider training and I was supporting colleagues since by sharing useful information and having care meetings. I am aware of Health and Safety rules and was the part of the Health and Safety committee. I not only follow the Health and safety rules myself as well as encouraging colleagues to do the same but also looking for how to improve aspects of working in order to assure health and safety environment.
