Chief Buyer of Polymers for Retal Industries (group company- 8 plastic conversion plants in Greater Europe and US ) and Chief Trader for Optimus Agro /Zaporyzhia Oil Extraction Plant (group company, Ukraine) . Succesfully leading 2 teams of professionals (about 20 people in total) through challenging times of pandemic, postpandemic logistics crunch and full invasion of Russia to Ukraine. Achievements to note would be the following : Retal sailed through 2020-2022 without supply problems ( at the same time neither overstretching stocks/finances otr logistics costs ) and Optimus Agro ( being Ukrainian company) was able to divert product flow from Ukrainian ports ( which at the time were blocked by Russia) via Western borders . In both cases financially risky , but calculated and quick decisions were taken .
