In three different child care facilities, I have worked with about forty different children with special needs. Most of them have autism or Down syndrome. As for music, I encouraged the children to sing and play all kinds of instruments, both one-on-one and in groups. My great love and empathy towards children helped me a lot, and children felt it very quickly. We immediately joined forces, which led to all sorts of musical improvisations and group performances. We played piano, guitar, theremin, all kinds of percussion instruments, and with my computer we had access to thousands of different sounds that kids really loved to explore.
As a therapist, I was able to patiently care for each child, adapt to different situations, and calm children even in potentially extreme moments. I was able to adapt to an atypical work environment and hold my own as a professional. My personal qualities of strategic thinking, kindness, intelligence, communication, responsibility, and perfectionism helped me to be liked by my colleagues and bring joy into the lives of every child. As a creative personality, I was able to find a way inside the children that helped me put them at ease and interact with them. I feel that children generally always stick with me. Usually they want to spend as much time as possible and participate in all kinds of activities.

My vocal abilities and creativity are best reflected in my already released and yet to be released recordings. I can be found on all digital music platforms under the name “taddtheartist”. I was signed to the label “Cherry Music Records” in Vilnius and have released two songs there. Later I self-released an EP with three songs in September 2020, and 6 more songs since then. My main genre is pop and RnB, but I love to experiment. As for my stage experience, I participated in some singing competitions in Lithuania, and when I lived in Los Angeles for three months, I was a regular at local “open mics". I collaborated with well-known music producer and arranger Craig Pruess for the movie “Lady of heaven”, where my high pitched riffs and runs can be heard throughout the movie, and with Lithuanian DJ-producer “Papuga”. I also recorded a song with local popular band “8 kambarys”, which got around 100,000 views on all streaming platforms. We also performed live on the radio station “Radio Centras” and at the band’s big show on December 9, 2022. It is worth mentioning that I participated in sound engineering and production courses in Kaunas and received a certificate for them. I also completed the “ Electronic Music Production” course at Berkeley Online.
