  • Supported other senior auditors in obtaining documents such as bank confirmation letters and bank statements by collecting approximately 40 letters per client.

Position: External Relations - University Relations Team Leader

Organisation: AIESEC in Vietnam

Responsibilities: 

- Managed University Relations Team to get partnerships with many clubs in Vietnamese universities such as RMIT, Ton Duc Thang University, Fulbright, Saigon International University and Saigon Technology University

- Supported other projects in AIESEC in Vietnam, such as Heading For The Future (a competition for students, and I am the University Relations Manager of this project. In which I successfully gained partnerships with more than 10 media partners and 3 co-host partners)

- Approached and set co-host partnership with RMIT Vietnam school department for Global Volunteer Program (I successfully dealt with department to set up a booth to promote our program to RMIT Vietnam students)

Position: External Relations and Finance Leader of charity event

Organisation: RMIT Vietnam Green Generation Club 

Responsibilities:

- Took the responsibility of deciding the price for purchasing products to maximize profit and giving it to children in difficult situations at primary school in a underprivileged region of Vietnam (I got nearly 9,000 AUD in revenues and approximately 6,000 AUD in profits).

- Negotiated with sponsors to get over 2,000 AUD in funding for the event

- Dealt with contracts, invoices, financial statements of events, and school regulations

- Worked often with Excel and Google Sheets to keep track of the revenues from selling products (be fluent in intermediate-level formulas such as Pivot Table, Concentrate, VLookup, creating dashboard, etc.)
