Project/program management:

As a Senior Project Manager, I lead complex regulatory projects, collaborating with senior management stakeholders across various departments to ensure the Bank remains compliant with European regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Project plan creation outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables/baseline establishing and maintaining throughout the project lifecycle,
• Risk/issue/dependency management,
• Leading and preparing materials for working groups and Steering Committee,
• Stakeholders management and resource allocation,
• Accountability for quality assurance.

Portfolio manager of Technological transformation Programme (consisting of 32 projects) and ECB findings remediation Programme:

• Developed and monitored project plans;
• Provided forecasting of project costs and timelines;
• Managed project risks and issues;
• Lead project teams to successfully complete projects;
• Prepare program reports for stakeholders at different levels;
• Communicated project status and updates to stakeholders.

• Start to finish project management: from personnel recruitment to end goal;
• General and detailed project plan development and implementation, setting reference terms for each work group/project participant;
• Managing preparation of accompanying documentation;
• Work Group formation (from 5 to 80 people);
• Budgeting and financial analysis of project implementation;
• Interaction with customers within projects framework.
