My responsibilities include employee safety, health, environmental protection, civil safety, physical safety (prevention), and emergency situations.

• Leading, motivating and managing team members to ensure effective implementation of safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinating and overseeing safety training programs and instructions to ensure employees are properly trained. Making safety training more interesting and more practical. Transition from paper-based versions to an electronic system "sauga.lt".
• Supporting the investigation of accidents and incidents to determine root causes (5 why method) and implement corrective actions.
• Installation of stationary breathalyzers on the factory premises. Communication about the change and employee training.
• Coordination and preparation for the implementation of ISO 45001 and obtaining certification. Participation in ISO 14001 certification audits.
• Development of an emergency response plan and training of involved persons. Identification of the riskiest and most dangerous areas.
• Organization of security company operations. Ensuring that the factory premises and internal areas are monitored by cameras. If needed acquisition of new cameras.
• Creating an employee wellness program – encouraging employees to commute by scooters or bicycles (we have a designated area for storing them), choose buses instead of cars, get vaccinated, and actively use additional health insurance.
• Replacement of workwear and footwear, involving employees in the selection process (they tested the products).
• Communication with employees and the creation of a safer workplace.

• Leadership of a unit of 18 employees (including the team leader).
• Development of occupational safety policies in company.
• Participation in internal and external audits ISO45001 and ISO14001.
• Conducting occupational risk assessments and advising company management and employees on how to reduce or ultimately avoid risks
• Implementation of strategic measures, setting goals, and managing risks.
• Development and coordination of important projects for the unit and the community ("Is it safe?" program, Mastery competition, Safety Week).

• Unofficial "team leader" in occupational health and environmental department. Acting as the manager during her vacation.
• Participation in the initiation of public procurement, communication with suppliers, provision of safety equipment (personal and collective) for employees.
• Leadership new project - to creation of an online store (leading the working group).
• Project management and coordination within the department, market research, and presentation of results to the board members.
• Preparing, monitoring, and managing the budget of department.
• Creating and tracking the annual procurement plan.
• Participation in developing the department's strategic activities, monitoring KPIs.

• Preparation of legal documents (debtors).
• Communication with debtors via phone calls and email. Countries - Lithuania and Latvia.
• Preparation of reports, drafting of notifications, and creation of debt repayment schedules.
