• Retail brokerage house in Montenegro, regulated by Capital Market Commission of Montenegro;
• Regional Manager for Eastern Europe and Baltic regions – position combined both operational and sales roles mainly focusing on partnership business;
• Working directly with the owners, providing necessary reporting back to head office, liaising with partners in the region, dealing with daily sales and operational tasks – client queries, deposits/withdrawals, performing basic due diligence and AML checks, liaising with internal compliance and operational managers;
• Consultancy work for brokerages, specializing in liquidity provision and financial technology;
• Working directly with the owner helped understand the financial and regulatory landscape from brokerage perspective. Utilising owner’s network and industry contacts consultancy firm finds solutions that address gaps in the market due to regional and expertise inefficiencies;
• Started as junior role to help manage daily business – liaising with clients and partners, addressing their queries, assisting during negotiations process, paying/issuing invoices. Later built my own portfolio of clients and assumed more senior responsibilities;
