Successfully executed a project (read online in Lithuanian) in the domestic policy advisers group:

• The following has been executed: 1) a memorandum on strengthening the autonomy of municipalities, which was signed by all political parties represented in the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania. 2) A set of concrete proposals to strengthen the autonomy of municipalities.
  
• Analytical part of the project: 1) a detailed analysis of counties and municipalities in Lithuania and their level of autonomy in the current situation 2) analysis of best practices in foreign countries 3) a full-scale survey of all Lithuanian municipalities was executed.
  
• Stakeholder management (Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania, Government of the Republic of Lithuania, Interior and Finance ministries of the Republic of Lithuania, political parties, Lithuanian municipalities, OECD, experts, etc.) and involvement in the project process while preparing a sustainable action plan for strengthening municipal autonomy.
  
• Together with the project team and advisers to the President of the Republic of Lithuania, solutions were sought that could increase the performance of municipalities by giving them more financial and policy execution autonomy. The proposals aim to make municipalities more efficient, use public finances more rationally, provide better services to local citizens and to contribute towards the reduction of regional exclusion.
  
• The "Forum of Regions 2020" initiated by the President of the Republic of Lithuania was organized.

Successfully executed a project (read online in Lithuanian) at the national tourism development agency "Lithuania Travel":

• Analytical analysis was completed to assess and compare the situation in Lithuania and good practices of foreign countries.
  
• An evaluation of tourist attractions has been carried out and recommendations for improving the tourist experience have been prepared.
  
• Stakeholder management by coordinating different interest groups and involving them in the process of the project.
  
• Representation of the public institution "Lithuania Travel" at the international tourism exhibition in Poland.
  
• Contributed towards the national tourism sector growth by creating a new tourism product for Lithuania

• Providing a variety of travel related services for oil & gas companies based in North Africa and Southern Europe
• Organizing and monitoring business conferences, trips and events worldwide
• Negotiating and signing contracts with direct suppliers (Hotels, logistic companies, travel agencies etc.)
• VIP & Concierge services

• Supervise accurate and efficient Reception day to day operations including check in/out procedures, driving sales revenues and promoting hotel services and facilities.
  
• Ensure team members keep abreast of all emergency procedures, have current knowledge of all room categories, rates, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties.
  
• Carry out training for new employees and conduct staff motivating training programs on an ongoing basis.
