I am the sole legal counsel for three Baltic markets, providing comprehensive legal and compliance support across all areas of law. As a member of the senior leadership team, I actively participate in strategic decision-making and collaborate closely with other functions and headquarters to align legal priorities with business objectives and meet business needs.

I led a team of 30+ legal professionals delivering strategic legal and compliance oversight for Lithuanian Railways Group (8,000 employees; €450M annual turnover; €2B asset base), one of the largest state-owned enterprises in the Baltics. Provided executive-level guidance on complex, high-stakes matters across corporate governance, commercial transactions, labor relations, real estate, regulatory compliance, and competition law. Acted as a key advisor to senior leadership and represented the organization in negotiations and regulatory engagements with government ministries, financial institutions, international bodies, and the European Commission. Acted as a team member of the senior leadership.

I have extensive experience in complex regulatory, corporate, commercial, and M&A matters, with a proven track record of leading high-performing legal teams and building trusted client relationships while working in the top 5 law firm in the Baltics. Advised major international and regional clients, including Philip Morris, LNG terminal Klaipėdos Nafta, Snoras Bank, ERGO Insurance, Borjomi mineral water distributor, and Tamro pharmaceutical company, on strategic transactions, compliance, and dispute resolution.
